Imposition of qualitative control at the export of Spearmint Notification (P.I. 207/2002).

The minister, given the power under Regulation 7, with this notification determines, in those cases where the packaging of spearmint is done in bundles, the minimal weight of each bundle: From 1st April up to 31 October, 130 grams; from 1st November up to 31 March, 90 grams.
