The provisions of the present regulations are applied in spinach beet to be exported -of the varieties of the Beta vulgaris L. and Var. Cicla L. plant species- that is intended to be disposed for human consumption in fresh condition. Spinach beet intended for industrial processing is excluded by the present regulations.
