This Ordinance determines the written application form of the statement of intention for import or export of agricultural products: It must me stated the time, the place and the way with which the notice of intention for import and export of any agricultural product will be given (Annex I). Also, is determined the size, description, quality and materials of means of packaging in which agricultural products are meant to be packed as well as their labelling (Annex II).
