The present Regulations are made under the Indian Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the use of reserve lands. The Regulations establish that no person shall: a) operate a garbage dump in a reserve, or b) use any land in a reserve for the disposal or storage of waste, except under the authority of a permit.
