This Law, consisting of nine Parts and nine Annexes, may be cited as the Industrial Emissions (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 2013. This Law applies to facilities and industrial activities listed in Parts III to VII, which cause or may cause environmental pollution. This Law shall not apply to research and development activities or testing of new products and processes.
