Any inland ship as defined in section 2 shall be surveyed and registered under this Ordinance. Surveyors shall inspect the ship and make a declaration that certain requirements, including marking requirements, are fulfilled. A certificate of survey shall be issued if the ship complies with provisions of this Ordinance.
