These Regulations prohibit the fishing for scallops in Northern Ireland inshore waters (a) during the period commencing at 9 p.m. on each weekday other than Saturday and ending at 5 a.m. on the next following weekday; and (b) during the period commencing at 5 a.m. on each Saturday and ending at 5 a.m. on the next following Monday. They only apply to fishing by a British fisherman or from a British fishing boat. A person who commits an offence under section 124 of the 1966 Act, shall be liable on
