The present Ordinance implements the Immission Protection Act (BGBl. I No. 115/1997). In particular, it lays down safety measures for industrial plants. All machinery or other mobile devices used in the town and region of Vienna which discharge harmful substances in the air, may only be used if they are equipped with an appropriate filter.
