The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to licensing proceedings for installations according to article 7 of the Atomic Energy Act. Whoever erects, operates or otherwise holds a stationary installation for the production, treatment, processing or fission of nuclear fuel or the reprocessing of irradiated nuclear fuel or materially alters such installation or its operation, shall require a licence.
