According to the Regulation, activities and respective criteria for each field specified in the Regulation are defined and approved by the General Directorate of Forests and Pastures. The Commission of the General Directorate of Forests and Pastures is the only authorized assembly that grants professional licenses. The Commission is composed of specialists from the Directorate of Forests and Pastures. It authorizes the granting of licences and registers such decisions.
