The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agricultural Lease Act of 4 October 1985. In particular, the Ordinance lists the competent local authorities responsible for the enforcement of the federal legislation. The text consists of 9 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Competence (I); Provisions by the Canton on sphere of application (II); Final and transitional provisions (III).
