Introductory Ordinance on environmental impact assessment.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the assessment of environmental impact. The text deals with the following matters: tasks of the Environment Office in the Canton of Zurich, tasks of the Planning Authorities, issue of building authorizations, land use planning, special provisions for certain infrastructures. The text consists of 10 articles and 1 Annex.
