Irrigation and Drainage Charges Notification, 1995.

"The irrigation charges specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto are hereby imposed in respect of water supplied or agreed to be supplied, to the categories of users so specified, within irrigation areas specified in Part II of the Schedule" (sect. 2(1)). Drainage charges specified in Part III of the Schedule are imposed in respect of lands specified in section 2(2). (2 sections and a Schedule: Irrigation Charges; Irrigation Areas)
