The Sindh Irrigation and Drainage Authority Act, the Sindh Irrigation and Drainage Authority Rules and the Sindh Irrigation and Drainage Authority (Pilot Farmer Organization) Regulations envisage transfer of irrigation and drainage management to farmers at specified levels. This Agreement is entered into by SIDA and a registered Farmer Organization for a specified area.
