Jersey Potato Export Marketing (Registration of Producers) (Jersey) Order 2001.

This Order, made pursuant to article 4 of the Agricultural Marketing (Jersey) Law 1953, provides rules relating to registration of producers of potatoes under the Jersey Potato Export Marketing Scheme 2001. The register shall be kept by the Minister for Planning and Environment. The Minister shall not register any person who fails to satisfy the Minister that he or she is a producer.
