This joint Circular of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development concerns the establishment of a fund for forest protection measures. The fund may be established by Ranger Sub-departments as well as Forest re-checking Stations that are competent to impose administrative sanctions in accordance with Decree No. 77 of 1996 on sanctions on violations in the field of forest management and protection and forest production management.
