The Circular provides for reinforcing forest protection measures, fire prevention and fighting and other related activities by appointing not only the Forest Ranger but also the Public Security and Army Forces in dealing with preventing violations and damages to the forest resources, involving forest professionals and citizens. Provisions are made also for the coordination of all involved parties and related funding and financial resources.
