This Decree applies to domestic transport (and international transport where an international agreement does not foresee otherwise) of all vertebrate animals for commercial purposes. General rules of animal transport, special rules regarding certain species, requisites for the transport by rail, air, on road or ship, and the control of transport are comprised in this Decree.
