The Regulation on the prophylaxis and combating of disease common to human beings and animals (rabies) consists of 4 Sections dealing with the following matters: 1) general requirements (sect. 1); 2) prophylaxis of rabies and hydrophobia (sect. 2); 3) the arrangements to be undertaken in case of the outbreak of rabies (sect. 3); 4) antiepidemic arrangements (sect. 4).
