This Decree applies to the marketing and utilization of certain hazardous substances and products, listed in Annex 1. In the interest of protection of human health and the environment, they can be marketed and used exclusively respecting the conditions and restrictions determined in this Decree. Restrictive measures are also determined in the Annex.
