Joint Decree No. 5/4 of the Forest Ministry and of the Ministry of Trade on timber export.

Timber export shall be carried out with the participation of the authorized state institutions “BELLESEXPORT”, “BELLESBUMPROMEXPORT” and “BELVNESHTORGINVEST”. Timber export shall be carried out exclusively by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs registered by the Forest Ministry. Only certified timber shall be authorized for export. Annex contains the form of export certificate.
