This Joint Executive Decree approves Statute of the Water and Sanitation Agency of Benguela Region (EASB-E.P.). The Statute, consisting of 6 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Agency, entitled to manage and exploit public water supply systems, waste water sanitation within the Province of Benguela.
