This Joint Executive Decree approves the Statute of the Water and Sanitation Agency of Cunene Region (EASC-E.P.). This Statute, consisting of 6 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Agency, entitled to manage and exploit public water supply systems and waste water sanitation within the Province of Cunene.
