This Joint Executive Decree approves the Statute he Water and Sanitation Agency of Bié Region (EASBIÉ-E.P.) of the Water and Sanitation Agency of Bié Region (EASBIÉ-E.P.). The Statute, consisting of 6 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Agency, entitled to manage and exploit public systems of water supply, waste water sanitation within the Province of Bié.
