This Joint Order establishes the modalities for the registration of enterprises and fishing vessels that manufacture fish products for export to the European Union and the issuance of veterinary certificates for such products. Any enterprise certified to export fish products to the European Union shall be assigned a registration number, which it shall communicate to the European Commission, and must observe veterinary and sanitary requirements validated by the Ministry of Agriculture.
