This Order establishes the sphere of competence of the Federal Forest Agency at the regional level. The Agency shall carry out the following functions: (a) issuance of the authorization geological exploration (except for well sinking) on the plots of forest fund; (b) distribution of forests by forest inventory groups; and (c) organization by forestries of land survey of the land plots adjoining forest fund.
