This Joint Order establishes that for state registration of the right of ownership of the Russian Federation to the plots of forest pertaining to the forest fund shall be carried out in the presence of the following documentation: (a) application for state registration of the right of ownership; (b) original and a copy of cadastre plan of a forest plot; and (c) original document of payment attesting payment of state registration fees.
