The Regulation consists of 7 Sections dealing with the following matters: 1) the sphere of application (sect. 1); 2) normative references (sect. 2); 3) terms and definitions (sect. 3); 4) general provisions (sect. 4); 5) evaluation of damage caused to agricultural crops by wild hoofed animals (sect. 5); 6) ) evaluation of damage caused to forest species by wild hoofed animals (sect. 6); 7) recommended arrangements for the prevention of damage (sect. 7). The present Regulation shall be applicable
