The purpose of this Joint Order shall be to establish uniform procedures for decision-making related to cessation of the right of subsoil management owing to expiry of mining licence. This Joint Order shall not be applicable to the plots of subsoil of local importance, containing common minerals, and also to the plots of subsoil allotted in accordance with product sharing agreements. Territorial branches of the Federal Agency on Subsoil Management shall constantly keep record of the plots of sub
