The heads of the above-mentioned institutions order as follows: 1) certification authority for foodstuffs must issue compliance certificates to the declarants for liqueurs and vodka only after carrying out the attestation, compliance certificates for single lots of liqueurs and vodka can be issued for the lots confiscated by State Tax Institutions and customs authority; 2) lots of liqueurs and vodka can be introduced into customs territory of Ukraine on the grounds of presentation to the customs
