This Joint Regulation establishes the modalities of slaughtering at specialized slaughtering enterprises, and also the modalities of issuance and registration of permits for slaughtering to natural and legal persons. It ensures protection of public health against zoonotic diseases and strict observance of veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations in the process of slaughtering.
