Katete District Council (Establishment of Waste Disposal Sites) By-laws (Cap. 281).

These By-laws concern the establishment and maintenance of waste disposal sites in the area under the jurisdiction of the Katete District Council. Any person who disposes of wastes at any other place other than that established under these By-laws shall be guilty of an offence.
