The Kenya Tea Development Authority shall incorporate a limited liability company in the sense of the Companies Act for the purposes of this Order. That company shall be the successor of the Kenya Tea Development Authority and all rights, obligations, duties, assets and liabilities shall be transferred to the new company which receives the name of the Kenya Tea Development Agency Ltd. The Order regulates the transition involving the two companies in great detail. (11 articles)
