The New Zealand Kiwifruit Marketing Board established by the Kiwifruit Marketing Regulations 1977 must prepare a restructuring plan that must contain a share allocation plan for a specified company and contain a constitution of the company that complies with the requirements of this Act and any regulations made under this Act.
