In compliance with the provisions laid down in Directives 2000/13/EC, 89/398/EEC, 87/250/EEC, 94/54/EC and 2001/15/EC, these Regulations make provision on the labelling of foodstuffs to be delivered as such to the ultimate consumer and on certain aspects concerning the presentation and advertising thereof.
