The present Order is made under the Environment Protection Act. In particular, section 3 of the afore-mentioned Act establishes that the Labrador-Island Transmission Link undertaking by the proponent Nalcor Energy is released from environmental assessment. Section 4 lists the terms and conditions to which this release is subject. The text consists of 4 sections.
