The present Ordinance enforces the Convention concerning navigation on the Lake Constance. In particular, the Ordinance is applicable to Lake Constance inclusive the Untersee. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Provisions on transport (2); Provisions on authorization (3); Final provisions (4). Four Annexes are enclosed.
