These Regulations amend the principal Regulations by modifying fees for an application for consent to a controlled transaction, an application for exemption under section 24 of the Act, and an appeal to the Central Land Control Appeals Board, and modify the amount of allowance to be paid to each unofficial member of a provincial land control appeals board for every meeting which he attends.
