The Part applies in relation to custom owners of land who had a right to compensation under section 11 of the Land Reform Act immediately before the section was repealed by the Land Reform (Amendment) Act No. 6 of 1992. The Government is to determine the amount of compensation payable to the custom owners of the land. In determining the amount of compensation, the Government must take into account the market value of the land and any other matters that it considers relevant. A compensation payme
