Land Reform Procedure Rules Published (Cap 123).

These Rules, for purposes of section 4(1) of the Land Reform Act (concerning referrals to Supreme Court for a decision on the identity of an alienator), provide rules of petition and appearance and subsequent hearings by the Supreme Court.
