The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce the Federal Land Parcel Act of 28 July 1961 (BGBl. I p. 1091 in the Land Rheinland-Pfalz. In particular, the Law lays down provisions dealing with registration, proceedings and authorization of land transactions. The text consists of 9 articles.
