This Act amends Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993. All the amendments effected have been incorporated into the authorized version of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993. Amendments deal with: additional information; protection from liability in respect of certain certificates issued by planning certifiers; authorization of planning certifiers; surrender, revocation and suspension of authorization; planning certifier must not issue false statement or act if conflict of duty.
