This Law provides for the removal from the forestry and pasture funds of the areas of forest and pasture expected to be flooded by the lake, which will be created as a result of the construction of society "DHP", JSC, hydro spa, and Moglicë Kokël, Devolli river cascade. The total area of removal is 1 421.39 ha. The specific locations, areas, and maps are attached to this decision.
