This Law consisting of 11 articles aims at supporting peasants and small farmers through soft loans to assist them and develop the countryside and agriculture. It establishes a fund managed by a Board of Directors chaired by the Minister of Agriculture. Main functions of the Board of Directors are: draw the agricultural lending policy of the Fund; define the priorities; control the funding requests; and the procedural organization.
