An Act to amend the Animal Breeding Act (LGBl. No. 10/1995). The amendments concern article 1 dealing with breeding of cattle, pigs, sheep, horses and poultry. The regional government may extent the sphere of application of this Act whenever necessary to implement Community law. Moreover, article 9 - concerning diplomas of personnell working in artificial insemination laboratories - is amended. The regional government shall give due consideration to equivalent diplomas of EC citizens.
