Law amending the Carinthia Nature Protection Law 2002.

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Carinthian Nature Protection Act 2002 (LGBl. No. 79/2002). In particular, it adds a chapter 10a relating to fees to be paid for the “use” of nature.
