The following wording shall be removed from the following articles of the Law on Energy: (a) "regulations on issuing licenses," from the Article 6.1.5; (b) "to give permission on licenses for importation and exportation of fuel for the purpose of generating energy for public use in cities, towns and other establishments," from Article 6.1.7. The article 9.1.1 is repealed.
