Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Agency on intervention on agrarian market shall be public joint-stock non-profit company constituted by the Cabinet of Ministers and subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture. The Agency shall perform grain interventions, shall implement state policy in the sphere of grain, and also shall manage state grain reserves, including proper grain storage”.
