Article 31 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Enterprises and other consumers of spirits shall have the right to use alcohol exclusively in quantity specified in the request and exclusively for the needs of food industry, perfumery industry, medicine and veterinary medicine, and also for scientific research purposes”.
