Law amending the Law on Biosphere Reserve Nockberge and the Carinthia National Parks and Biosphere Reserves Law.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Law on the Biosphere Reserve Nockberge (LGBl. No. 124/2012). In particular, article 11 on Transitional provisions is added. On 1 January 2013 all rights and obligations of the National Park Fund - National Park Nockberge pass over to the Biosphere Park Fund by way of universal succession.
